SeasonSpringIn the spring we have to prepare the orchards for the upcoming summer. We clear the pruning out off the field, prepare our sprayers to spray and prepare fields for planting.

Summer During the summer we spray and mow. We spray to protect the trees from bugs and disease and we mow for the same reason.
|
|
Fall Fall is of course harvest season. I the fall we spend all of our time picking the fruit and hauling it back to our storages.

Winter During the winter we prune the orchards and pack the fruit harvested in the fall. The fruit is stored in large rooms where the oxygen is forced out by nitrogen called Control Atmosphere room. The rooms enable us to sell high quality fruit year round.
